01Acceptance and Scope
These Terms of Use govern your use of Gearstorm (the "Game") and any associated online features supplied by Kairnox ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the Game's online services.
These Terms apply to features actually made available in your version of the Game. Additional platform or app-store terms may also apply.
02Eligibility and Accounts
You must be legally permitted to use the Game in your location and comply with applicable age, parental-consent and app-store requirements. When online features are available, the Game may create an account automatically using a randomly generated identifier. Optional account linking may be offered.
You are responsible for protecting access to your device and any linked credentials. Account access and save recovery may depend on your device, linking status and the online features available.
03Permission to Play
Subject to these Terms, Kairnox grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to install and use the Game for lawful, non-commercial entertainment. This permission does not transfer ownership of the Game or intellectual property.
04Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to defraud players or payment systems, disrupt the Game or its services, access accounts or data without authorization, distribute malicious software or misuse exploits in a way that harms the service. Restrictions on modifying, copying or redistributing software apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law and relevant licenses.
05Virtual Items and In-Game Currency
The Game may offer virtual currencies, characters, upgrades and other digital items for use within the Game. These items are not legal tender and cannot be exchanged for cash unless an available feature expressly allows it.
Availability, prices and gameplay balance may change with updates, subject to applicable law and any rights attached to valid purchases.
06In-App Purchases
If in-app purchases are available, they are processed through the relevant app store or authorized payment system. Review displayed prices and conditions before confirming a transaction.
Refunds, cancellations and statutory consumer rights are governed by applicable law and the relevant store's terms. Nothing here limits non-excludable rights. For purchase-delivery issues, contact kairnox.support@gmail.com and, where appropriate, the store handling the transaction. This section does not mean purchases or subscriptions are currently offered.
07Advertising and Optional Services
The Game may offer optional ad-supported features if and when activated. Their availability and behavior may vary by region, version and privacy settings. Any additional service that materially changes personal-data processing will be described in the applicable Privacy Policy.
08Online Access, Save Data and Updates
Some functions may require an internet connection. Cloud saving, account linking and other online features may be unavailable during outages or maintenance.
Local data may be lost if app data is cleared, a device fails or the Game is removed. Cloud recovery depends on available account and storage mechanisms. We may release updates, fix defects, modify gameplay parameters or retire features, subject to applicable rights and obligations.
09Intellectual Property
The Game, its software, artwork, music, names and related content are protected by intellectual-property laws. Rights belong to Kairnox or the respective rights holders and licensors, as applicable. These Terms grant no rights beyond the limited permission to use the Game.
10Suspension and Termination
Where justified by serious misuse, security concerns or legal requirements, Kairnox may restrict or end access to online features consistently with applicable law. You may stop using the Game at any time. Account deletion requests can be sent to kairnox.support@gmail.com; any in-game deletion tools will be described when available.
11Disclaimer and Liability
We aim to provide a reliable and enjoyable Game, but errors, interruptions and compatibility issues may occur. To the extent permitted by law, the Game is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. These Terms do not exclude any warranty, liability, remedy or statutory consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

13Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms when services, features or legal requirements change. The update date appears on this page; we will provide additional notice or seek consent where required by applicable law.
